Richie Smalley has worked as a private practice attorney in central Oklahoma for more than a decade. A former graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, Richie completed law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He was admitted to the Oklahoma and the U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma bar shortly after. In 2015, he rejoined Smalley Law Firm, which is now Redhawk Law, to work alongside his father.
Richie currently serves clients in all matters regarding family law. He is honored to be able to use his legal knowledge and experience to help clients as they face some of the most difficult decisions of their lives. Witnessing his clients move on and start to build a future after their time with him brings Richie joy and purpose. His legal skills and commitment to ethical standards have earned him an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell® every year since 2013.
